Product Information
Each idol is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of the process and are not considered defects. These variations make every idol unique.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR. We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and secure payment gateways. Urban Mushak reserves the right to adjust pricing or cancel orders resulting from typographical errors.
Advance Payment Policy
Due to high seasonal demand and the handcrafted nature of our products, orders placed with advance payment are **strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable**. Please ensure your selection is final before proceeding.
Delivery Verification (OTP)
We use a secure OTP verification system for all deliveries. It is mandatory for customers to **inspect the idol thoroughly** before sharing the OTP with the delivery partner.
Sharing the OTP confirms that the product has been received in perfect condition. Once the OTP is shared, the order is marked as successfully delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Policy
We take immense care in transporting our sacred idols to your doorstep.
- Festival Schedules: Deliveries are typically scheduled 1–2 weeks prior to Ganesh Chaturthi or Maghi Ganpati.
- Notifications: Detailed delivery schedules and updates are communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Timelines: While we strive for absolute punctuality, timelines may vary slightly based on logistics and regional distance.
Refund & Cancellation
Prior to Delivery
Orders confirmed with advance payment cannot be cancelled or refunded.
At Delivery
Inspection is mandatory. If an idol is damaged during transit, do not share the OTP and contact our support immediately.
Post Delivery
Sharing the OTP signifies final acceptance. No refund or return requests will be entertained after the OTP is shared.
